Building Code Requirements
In Ontario, all homes are required to have weep holes under building code 9.20.13.8 for ventilation and drainage.

Mice and insects use weep holes to enter your home, and can cause costly services for pest removal.
Weep hole covers are made from stainless steel that cannot be chewed or removed by pests.
Filling weep hole cavities with normal fillers will block drainage and in most cases run off mortar cause insufficient draining.

Depending on the size of your home, you will have on average 30 - 50 weep holes. Price includes prepping, clean-out and installation of weep hole covers.
About Us
At Weep Out, we are home owners just like yourselves and we take well care of our investments. What started Weep Out is we witnessed first hand mice trying to enter these weep hole cavities in our own home. With the right research and investigation, we came across weep hole covers. It was not easy to find a contractor who would do this work, and most pest control services we contacted did not provide these covers nor service to protect the cavities. After obtaining the right tools and technique, we installed weep hole covers and have prevented intrusions for over 5 years.
We came across other acquittances, family and neighbors that brought forward findings of mice in their basement, or within their walls. They were not aware of weep holes, their purpose, and the vulnerability they bring of allowing pests into their homes. In fact, majority of home owners don't realize weep holes exist. This is why we started Weep Out, a service to help you and other home owners protect their investment, and prevent intrusions from unwanted pests.

We are customer focused and we strive for excellent service. We provide a free pest entry point inspection of your home after installing weep hole covers. This free service does not require or oblige you to purchase any additional services or products from us, however we do provide our customers recommendations for future pest prevention so you can enjoy your home with a peace of mind.

Thank you for choosing our service. Please read this warranty disclaimer carefully before using our product.

We warrant that our weep hole covers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover:
a) Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or negligence, including but not limited to, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
b) Normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, or damages caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or environmental factors.
c) Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our product, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss.
d) Damages resulting from force majeure events, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Professional Advice: We strongly recommend seeking professional advice for proper installation, maintenance, and usage of our products. Failure to follow recommended guidelines may void the warranty.

Exclusive Remedy: In the event of a breach of this limited warranty, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be, at our discretion, either repair or replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price.
Legal Rights: This warranty disclaimer does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or other statutory rights that cannot be waived or excluded.
